The handrail supports are always spaced symmetrically to provide even support and stability. The set includes screws to connect the bracket with the pipe, their number is adapted to the length of the handrail (4 or 6 pieces). The assembly threads of wall supports are made using the Flowdrill method, i.e. thermal drilling. Advantages of Flowdrill thermal drilling technology: Flowdrill thermal drilling technology replaces traditional assembly methods such as welded nuts or rivet nuts. By local heating of the material and appropriate rotational speed, we are able to produce perfectly formed sleeves in metal. The main advantage of this method is the sleeve length is up to 3 times the material thickness, which translates into a 6-8 mm thread in the handrail wall, ensuring exceptional installation durability.
It is worth noting that competitive products often have only 2 mm of thread in the wall, made with a traditional drill and tap, which makes a significant difference in terms of durability. Stability and safety: The barrier support has a masking rosette that allows for an elegant connection with the wall and 3 mounting holes, ensuring extraordinary stability after installation. Due to the various wall finishing techniques used by customers, the set does not include mounting pins to attach the support to the wall.
