The handrails are manufactured on a CNC machine — ensuring us repeatability of the product and quality of workmanship.

During the painting process, aspecialized powder paint is used, which is evenly distributed over the surface by electrostatic spraying.

The resulting coating is not only extremely smooth, but also durable.

The threads for screwing the supports, are made using the FlowDrill thermal thread extrusion method which gives five to seven [mm] threads in the handrail wall, thus strengthening the assembly.

With competitors you get 1.5 [mm] of thread in the wall, made with a traditional drill and tapping tool.

Handrail support mounted on an M8 screw already anchored in the wall or with a double-threaded screw for jersey or wood

Because of the variety of wall construction techniques of customers, the kit does not include mounting pins to attach the support to the wall.
