The handrails are manufactured on a CNC machine — ensuring us repeatability of the product and quality of workmanship.
During the painting process, aspecialized powder paint is used, which is evenly distributed over the surface by electrostatic spraying.
The resulting coating is not only extremely smooth, but also durable.
The threads for screwing the supports, are made using the FlowDrill thermal thread extrusion method which gives five to seven [mm] threads in the handrail wall, thus strengthening the assembly.
With competitors you get 1.5 [mm] of thread in the wall, made with a traditional drill and tapping tool.
Because of the variety of wall construction techniques of customers, the kit does not include mounting pins to attach the support to the wall.
For logistical reasons, we do not send handrails longer than 300cm in one piece, because the cost of transporting longer items is high.
We use a handrail connector, so that a handrail of, for example, 400cm is divided into 2 parts of 200cm each.
Folding the handrail on the connector is aesthetic and durable.
