The Flowdrill thermal drilling technology, replaces welded nuts, rivet nuts, etc. Thermal drilling is a way to form sleeves in metals. By applying the correct rotational speed and pressure to locally heat the material, we are able to produce perfectly formed sleeves.
The main advantage of the Flowdrill thermal drilling method is the length of the sleeve up to 3 times the thickness of the material to be drilled, resulting in 6 to 8 [mm] of thread in the handrail wall, thus strengthening the assembly.
With competitors you get 2 [mm] of thread in the wall, made with a traditional drill and threader.
Support handrail has a masking rosette to be connected to the wall and 3 holes the handrail is mounted on a mounting bracket, which makes it very stable after installation.
With due to the different wall construction techniques used by our customers, the set includes we do not include mounting pins to attach the support to the wall.
Our company has passed the certification procedure under the PN-EN 1090 standard, which sets standards in the area of production of, among others, steel structures. Certification in this area was carried out by the market leader in certification and testing services in Poland - TÜV Rheinland. Our products are certified by TÜV Rheinland. Certification in accordance with PN-EN 1090 assumes the inclusion of the production cycle in the so-called Factory Production Control (ZKP).
We are certified by TÜV Rheinland
High the quality of our products and the highest standards production among producers of stainless railings on the Polish and european.

For logistical reasons, we do not ship handrails longer than 250 cm in one piece, because the costs of transporting longer elements are high.
We use a railing connector, so that the railing, e.g. 300cm, is divided into 2 parts, 150cm each.
Folding the handrail on the connector is aesthetic and durable.
