The posts are manufactured on a CNC machine - which gives us repeatability of the product and quality of workmanship.

The finishing surface of the post sanded (SATIN) -- is made by a grinder on a 6-head automatic machine, which gives us a uniform surface.

Threads for screwing the handles are made using the FlowDrill thermal thread extrusion method, which gives 6 to 8 [mm] of thread in the wall of the handrail, thus strengthening the assembly.

With competitors you get 2 [mm] of thread in the wall, made with a traditional drill and tapping machine.
